This is a blanket I started for my daughter, Kristi, before she was born in July of 2005. The blanket and materials got misplaced for a few years but were found when we moved to our new home in 2010. I decided it was time to finish it and get the pattern written. This is my first crochet design and I am incredibly happy with the way it turned out. Enjoy!

Caron Simply Soft Brites in Multi (CC1): 1 skein
Red Heart Ltd. Soft Baby Solid in Lilac (CC2): 1 ½ skeins
Red Heart Ltd. Super Saver Solids in White (MC): 2 ½ skeins
Size K crochet hook
Gauge:
3 st. = 1 in. in double crochet (US)
